A shaman who was going to Moscow to “drive out Putin” was again detained in Yakutia.

In Yakutia, police officers detained shaman Alexander Gabyshev, who is under a written undertaking not to leave the place in the case of “expulsion of Putin.”

On December 10, 2019, in Yakutia, police officers detained shaman Alexander Gabyshev, who was under recognizance not to leave. According to journalists, the shaman went to Moscow again. In mid-January 2020, it became known that the Investigative Committee refused to initiate a new case under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code in relation to Gabyshev. No charges were brought against him, and the preventive measure was lifted.

Let us remember that in September 2019, the shaman was detained on the highway on the way to Moscow, where he was going to “drive out Putin.” A criminal case was initiated against him under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

On February 5, 2020, it became known that A. Gabyshev filed a complaint about illegal detentions with the European Court of Human Rights.
