Kirbyatyev 1,000 rubles for publishing several parts of the banned anti-Semitic and neo-pagan film "Games of the Gods" on the social network VKontakte (paragraph 2338 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On December 24, 2019, the Yashkulsky District Court of the Republic of Kalmykia fined Sh. Abdulaev 1,000 rubles for publishing two banned songs on the social network VKontakte, a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia and a participant in the first Chechen war from the side of the separatists - the bard Timur Mutsuraev. We are talking about songs from pp. 2055 and 2330 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On December 30, 2019, the Kotovsky City Court of the Tambov Region fined local resident Alexander Gordeev 1,000 rubles for posting three banned audio clips on the VKontakte social network. We are talking about the song "Skinhead" by the group "Corrosion of Metal" (p. 2797 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ), the song "Glory to the Russians, no Russians" by the neo-Nazi group "Cyborg" (p. 1713 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) and the song "Be White "Group 25/17" (Section 1730 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
On December 24, 2019, it became known that in the Krasnodar Territory, the Korenovsky District Court fined a 37-year-old local resident who posted a video included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials on his social network page.
On December 9, 2019, the Pechenga District Court of the Murmansk Region fined Andrey Solodov and Roman Romanov, residents of the city of Nikel, who published some prohibited audio clips on the Internet. Details, unfortunately, were not reported.
On December 17, 2019, the Fatezhsky District Court of the Kursk Region fined a local resident 1,000 rubles for publishing in the public domain on the social network VKontakte the forbidden video “Zhirinovsky for Russia for Russians” (paragraph 3058 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On December 3, 2019, the Tashlinsky District Court of the Orenburg Region fined Nikolai Kryukov 1,000 rubles for posting in the public domain on his page the song of the Kolovrat group "A wonderful skinhead has settled in our house" (paragraph 2893 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials). The young man said in court that he did not know that the song was banned. He admitted his guilt. The decision of the court entered into force.
The Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg fined Konstantin Nikonov 1,000 rubles for publishing on his VKontakte page on December 5, 2019, an audio recording "The Barbershop named after Kotovsky - Churkobesy" (paragraph 4663 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On December 17, 2019, it became known that in the Rostov Region a court fined a 23-year-old resident of the Zimovnikovsky District for publishing a prohibited xenophobic audio recording on his VKontakte page.
In December 2019, it became known that the Roslavl City Court of the Smolensk Region fined a 28-year-old local resident of 1,000 rubles for publishing on his page on the VKontakte social network some banned audio clips from the Federal List of Extremist Materials that contained calls for violence against immigrants from the Caucasus.
