Ukhta Baptists once again failed to challenge the refusal to issue a permit to put the building into operation

The court dismissed the cassation appeal of the Ukhta Baptists against the refusal to issue a permit for the commissioning of the prayer house building.

24 December 2019, the Third Court of Cassation considered the complaint of the Evangelical Church Baptist Christians of Ukhta to refuse to commission a house of prayer. Court upheld the decisions of the previous courts.
