Pedro Sanchez officially became the head of the Government of Spain

Pedro Sanchez, General Secretary of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party, took the oath and officially took office.
Sanchez became the head of the first coalition government of Spain in the latest history of the country - since 1975, the moment of the end of the dictatorship of Kaudillo Francisco Franco.
The day before, his candidate was approved by the vote of deputies with a slight advantage. 167 deputies voted in support of Sanchez, 165 - they spoke out against, another 18 deputies abstained from voting.
