The Zheleznovodsk City Court sentenced to 1 year and 4 months the colony-settlement of Magomed Ozdoev, who participated in protests against the border agreement between Chechnya and Ingushetia. According to MBH Media, lawyer Hussein Galiev said this.

“The verdict was actually in the same version as the accusation-the use of violence against three employees of the Russian Guard: he crushed someone with a bars, someone from the foot in the body, hit someone in the shield. That is, the judge did not comment on all our arguments, ”said Galiev.

According to the lawyer, his client recognized the fact of the application of violence, but did not admit that it was an "act of political enmity and on the draft of someone."

The verdict of Ozdoeva became the ninth as part of the case of protests in Ingushetia. Prior to this, the real terms were received by Khasan Zyazikov, Ramazan Gagiev, Seit-Magomed Nalgiev, Zelimkhan Tomov, Elshan Azhigov, Moussa Pliev, Timur Oziev and Mustafa Venkhurov.
