
The St. Petersburg City Court changed the measure of restraint to the former general director of OJSC Metrostroy Nikolai Aleksandrov in the waste case. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the joint press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.
Aleksandrov changed a preventive measure from detention for house arrest.
Under house arrest, he will be located until February 6.
Aleksandrov was arrested on December 11 last year. According to investigators, he, together with accomplices, abducted the company's funds intended for the construction of the Frunze radius from the metro station "International" to Shushar. The damage in the case is estimated at 178 million rubles.
Alexandrov does not admit his guilt.
