In Berlin, she was informed that during the transplantation, the cage with the dog remained at the airport. “At the junction, they told me that the dog on board could not worry, and on arrival in Berlin Marvel was not in the baggage zone,” the girl complains. - No one told me anything, and when I reached the Aeroflot office, the representative of the airline calmly said that the usual situation had occurred: “Your dog is a suitcase for us. And we, apparently, forgot him in Moscow. ” Where is the dog, why it was not put on the owner’s flight and in what condition she is, no one could answer, ”the girl wrote.
When the dog was returned to the hostess, he was in serious condition. “He was in a state of shock, dehydrated, hungry and lost a voice from fright,” said Anastasia. - The dog Marvel experienced in his life all the horrors of the municipal shelter in Perm. The first owner beat him, and the dog took his years so that his nervous system was restored and he became an ordinary dog, forgetting all the horrors of a past life. Together with the zoopsychologist for several months, Marvel taught Mardel to trust people for several months, but even now he was cautiously treating men and is afraid of his raised hand. ”
The girl also said that her flights with the dog often end in breaking transportation. She never managed to get compensation from Aeroflot.
