St. Petersburg: three attacks, one group?

In January 2020, it became known that suspects were identified in St. Petersburg in a xenophobic attack on a native of Central Asia, which took place on October 25, 2019 in a park near the Europolis shopping center.

In January 2020, it became known that suspects were identified in St. Petersburg in an attack on a native of Central Asia , committed on October 25, 2019 in a park near the Europolis shopping center on Polyustrovskiy Prospekt.

They turned out to be six far-right young people aged 15 to 17. Three of them were arrested, three more are under house arrest and under restriction of movement.

It is reported that some of them were involved in two more attacks - the beating of a 30-year-old native of Uzbekistan in the Ekateringof park on November 4, 2019 and the stabbing of a 38-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan near the Post Kovalevo railway station on November 11, 2019. Previously, it was believed that these attacks were committed by different people.

According to media reports, at least three of those who attacked near the Kovalevo station , including a 17-year-old sophomore of the urban industrialization college, participated in the incident in the park near the Europolis shopping center, on whose social network posts were found, dedicated to the famous neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich ("Tesak"). How many participants in the attack in the park near the TC "Europolis" are involved in the case of beating a visitor in the park "Ekateringof" is still unknown.
