Article 33.5 of the New Code provides for sanctions for “abuse of freedom of mass media”, according to which the production and distribution of video programs, films that “affect the subconscious of people and (or) have a harmful effect on their health, entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 2 thousand to 2500 rubles with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense, for legal entities - from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense. ”

The public distribution of explicit disrespect for society about the days of military glory and commemorative dates of Russia related to the protection of the Fatherland, or the public desecration of symbols of military glory of Russia, including (or) information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet), entails the imposition of an administrative fine on legal entities in the amount of 400 thousand to 1 million rubles, The same article 33.5 Code of Administrative Offenses.
