Alfa-Bank blocked the accounts of FBK employees until December 31, 9999, said Leonid Volkov. The terms of security arrest on these accounts were expired.

Their arrest is spelled out in their system-attention-until December 31, 9999! ”, He wrote in his Telegram channel.

The day before, Volkov said that the FBK would sue the bank.

The investigation in the FBK case expired on February 3. The SK filed a petition with the investigation, and with it the blocking of accounts for another six months, but the investigators made an error and included not all previously blocked accounts.

So, in the framework of the investigated case, Volkov himself was blocked by four out of six accounts in Alfa Bank. At the same time, the extension of the arrest SK requested only one of them. The opposition expected that the bank would automatically remove the lock from the three remaining accounts, but the organization refused to do this, demanding to bring court documents on the withdrawal of the arrest. At the same time, all other banks in which the accounts of the FBK employees were arrested were automatically shifted. The documents required by the alpha bank, according to Volkov, simply does not exist.

“There is a decision to arrest an account from August 3 to February 3, there is paper at the bank, the bank must fulfill, there are no questions and complaints about the bank itself, only to“ investigation ”and“ court ”issues. And, in fact, it illegally holds the lock and assigns customer funds, ”Volkov explained.

At least three more employees of the FBK, who are Alfa-Bank’s clients: the head of the legal department Vyacheslav Gimadi, the head of the sociological service, Anna Biryukova, and an employee of Navalny’s headquarters in Moscow, Olga Guseva, faced a similar situation.

It is noteworthy that in the FBK case, which was initiated in August last year, there are neither accused nor suspects - all the employees of the fund pass through it as witnesses. The investigation is conducted by a group of 141 SK officers under the leadership of General Gabdulin.
