Residents of Bor are not ready to give half of Mochalny Island to the Church

The inhabitants of Bor opposed the provision of 23 hectares of land on Mochalny Island to the diocese.

On February 19, 2020, it became known that the residents of the city of Bor opposed the provision of 23 hectares of land on Mochalny Island to the local diocese and the construction of an Orthodox church there. The inhabitants of the city turned note that the Church claims almost half of the island - and that it already has 0.4 hectares where it could build a chapel.
