The upper house of the Russian parliament approved the amendments to the Constitution. Of the 164 voters - one senator voted against and three refrained.
Amendments to the Constitution was proposed by Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly. It was, in particular, it was about redistributing part of the president’s powers in favor of the parliament.
