Tver region: the latest far-right songs of the group “PS7.62” are recognized as extremist

In March 2020, a court in the Tver region recognized two far-right songs by the group PS7.62 as extremist.

On March 12, 2020, the Likhoslavl District Court of the Tver Region considered a lawsuit to recognize the songs “I Made My Choice” and “Af-Af” by the PS7.62 group as extremist. Video clips of these songs are also banned.

The song "I Made My Choice" contains calls for racist violence, while the composition "Af-Af" calls for violence against anti-fascists and promotes far-right ideology.

The court satisfied the prosecutor's claim in full.
These are far from the first songs of the group that were recognized as extremist. The compositions "PS7.62" are contained in paragraphs. 2568 , 3008 , 3012 , 3282 , 3362 , 3392, 3781-3787 , 4491 , 4819 Federal List of Extremist Materials.
