On April 21, 2020 it became known that in St. Petersburg The Kuibyshevsky District Court fined Prot. Artemia Skripkin, who arranged a religious procession on Easter night. On the night of April 18-19, A. Skripkin began a religious procession, to he was joined by about 15 people.

During the procession, he was detained. The court recognized him guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (an organization that is not public event of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places, if mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places caused a violation of public order or sanitary standards).
