Three local residents will soon be in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, painted some xenophobic graffiti on a concrete fence along Chernyshevsky Street on the night of January 9-20, 2019. According to the conclusion of the examination, they contained "signs of incitement to commit hostile acts on religious grounds." Unfortunately, it is not possible to understand from this wording whether the graffiti called for violence against representatives of a certain confessional group or called for supporting the hostile actions of a certain religious movement.
The case has already been transferred to the Sverdlovsky District Court of Perm for consideration on the merits.
