According to Shikhman, the authors of the film asked for a comment from Alexander Myasnikov. “He transferred us to his assistant, and he, in turn, stated that Skype interviews-30 minutes-would cost us 88 thousand rubles. To my question, and for what we pay, because a person in a public office, they answered me: “Over his time”. We saved the recording of the conversation, ”said Shikhman.

According to Myasnikov himself, he does not know what money is asked for an interview with him. “I'm trying to contact [the assistant]. So far, I don’t know anything about it. I would already become a millionaire! " - said Myasnikov "open media."
