In Russia, the regime of "non -working days" has been stopped. Russian President Vladimir Putin gave decisions to governors and sanitary doctors, expanding promises for support measures to some categories of residents.

Putin proposed introducing one -time payments to families with children from three to 16 years old. The manual will be 10 thousand rubles, he said on May 11.

The president also promised 5 thousand rubles to families with children under three years old in April-June 2020 (that is, 15 thousand rubles, if the child is not three years old for this period ). And to those families in which parents lost their jobs due to the pandemic of coronavirus and ““ non-working days ”introduced by Putin-3 thousand rubles each.

In addition, federal authorities want to write off taxes, “with the exception of VAT” for the second quarter for “injured industries”. Recall that 100% VAT is credited to the federal budget, and, for example, tax on individuals - to regional and municipal. The constituent entities of the Federation have already partially made the Kremlin’s January promises, given before the pandemic of coronavirus and the economic crisis.

“To do this from tomorrow [May 11], remotely with the help of the Public Service portal or through the Pension Fund branch,” Putin said.

On April 2, Putin decided to extend the regime of “non-working days while maintaining salaries” until April 30 due to the pandemic of coronavirus, but transferred decisions to the regions to extend or terminate quarantine measures. In the regions, some companies began to resume the work.

The authorities did not introduce an emergency regime, which allows business and residents to suspend obligations in connection with force majeure. The state did not provide direct financial assistance to citizens limited to credit holidays, the possibility of interest -free loans for paying salaries, deferred fines and penalties for delaying payments for housing and communal services. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin, for example, said : "Budgets are cracked, they will not even be able to provide a healthcare system and so on."
