Fake program "Time": Ukrainian police are preparing repressions against Jews

The photograph of the letter was published on Facebook by the head of the Ukrainian Jewish committee, Eduard Dolinsky and was the first to conduct a historical parallel: “It is interesting that in 1941 the Nazis and the Ukrainian auxiliary police also demanded to provide a list of all Jews.”

The author of the plot, drawing this terrible picture of the rampant of anti -Semitism in Ukraine, does not hide that the president of Ukraine Zelensky itself of Jewish origin, but the same Finkel says about this circumstance:

“This suggests that even the presence of a Jewish president in Ukraine does not reduce the level of fascism, nationalism, especially in the western parts of Ukraine. The "star" of this plot, the Israeli rabbi Mikhail Finkel, often called a political scientist, from time to time gives comments to the Russian and Azerbaijani media, praising these two countries in every possible way. But he was especially glorified by the letter to the chief editor of the Russian newspaper Tomorrow Alexander Prokhanov, where he stated that the discrimination of Jews in the USSR was justified:

“Yes, the people need to protect their homeland from newcomers, especially if they are extremely active, talented and passionar. I saw how Israel does everything that Russia and the USSR did. Jews always complained about quotas and discrimination, but in Israel we also do not take the Arabs in the General Staff, reconnaissance and the leading posts of the army. I understood and realized that if you give everything to everyone, I would get a situation, as in a wise Russian fairy tale, about how a bunny let the fox live. This cannot be done.

I understood and realized that you are not an anti -Semite, but a person who is endlessly loving his homeland, his faith and his long -suffering people. And the fact that you hate unclean Jewish rich and journalists who do not advocate for the interests of Russia is not because they are Jews, but since they are objectively harmful to Russia, whoever they are ”(the spelling of the original is preserved).

But what happened in Ukrainian Kolomyia, according to Finkel, is already too much. There is already real anti -Semitism, not like Prokhanov. And in fact, this is what: the local police requested data on its members from the Jewish religious organization. The head of the community Yakov Zalikhchik refused, since the law obliges to provide such information only in the case of a registered criminal case, and religious communities are separated from the state.

And this is how the story continued: the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region apologized to the Jewish community, and the head of the National Police of Ukraine Igor Klimenko announced that he had appointed an internal investigation to send a scandalous letter. Most likely, it was just an unsuccessful personal initiative of one of the local police; By the way, the German community of Ivano-Frankivsk received the same content.

The head of the Jewish community from Kolomiye, Zalikhchik, commented on the incident in this way:

“I believe that it was a legal mistake. There was no anti -Semitism. Just a person wrote and did not understand what he wrote.

They all apologized. We came to me in Kolomyia. And even the head of the police of Ukraine Igor Klimenko apologized for them. They were called to Kyiv, and there they conduct an official investigation. I see nothing wrong with that.

Some people comment on this, but there is more than what is not necessary. There was no infringement. It was just a legal error of the employee who wrote this, and the head of the department signed and sent me. ”
