The head physician of the largest hospital in Bashkiria - the Kuvatov (RKB) republican clinical hospital - Elsa Syrtlanova quit of her own free will. This was reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.

Now she will become the head physician of the Ufa clinic No. 38. The RCB will head the head physician of the “covid” hospital - the clinic of the Bashkir Medical University.

On April 6, the RCB announced quarantine after the death of an 80-year-old patient infected with coronavirus. The hospital closed with patients and employees, including Syrtlanova. After that, more than 10 hospitals were completely or partially closed in a number of cities of Bashkiria, where patients fell ill with SARS after discharge from the RCB.

On April 11, the Investigative Committee began to verify the actions of the management of the RCB for the timeliness of taking the necessary measures. The check began under an article on negligence.
