On June 4, 2020, the Lyambirsky District Court of the Republic of Mordovia fined Nikolai Piskunov, a resident of the Kommunar state farm, 1,000 rubles, finding him guilty of publishing a photocopy of the banned anti-Semitic book "One Hundred Laws from the Talmud" on the social network "VKontakte" on the page of the community "Mordovian ASSR" (P. 887 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
On June 11, 2020, the Mozdok District Court of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania fined a 28-year-old resident of Mozdok 1,000 rubles for publishing audio recordings included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials on his Odnoklassniki page. According to the court ruling, we are talking about a number of banned songs by Timur Mutsuraev.
On June 29, 2020, the Kotovsky city of the Tambov region fined 30-year-old Artur Shchigorev for publishing on the Internet the banned song "Be White" by the group "25/17" (paragraph 1730 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
On June 30, 2020, the Yoshkar-Ola City Court of the Republic of Mari El imposed an administrative penalty on local resident A. Bezdenezhnykh, who published some prohibited materials on the Internet. Details, unfortunately, are unknown.
On June 22, 2020, it became known that in Lipetsk, the Pravoberezhny District Court fined Valery Dvurechensky one thousand rubles for publishing the audio recording “Stolny Grad - Wake up (prod.Lonz-KidMusic)” on his VK page (paragraph 4360 of the Federal List of Extremist materials).
On June 22, 2020, it became known that in Lipetsk, the Oktyabrsky District Court fined Mikhail Argunov for publishing some extremist materials on his VKontakte page.
On June 18, 2020, the Sovetsky District Court of the city of Ivanovo fined local resident Vladimir Lebedev 1,000 rubles for publishing the banned video “Grandma cursed a chock” on the VKontakte social network (paragraph 4417 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On June 2, 2020, the Suvorovsky District Court of the Tula Region fined a local resident, Sergei Kolyazin, 1,000 rubles for publishing a certain forbidden audio recording on the Internet. It is reported that this is some kind of Islamic material of a "Chechen extremist". Most likely, this is one of the banned songs of Timur Mutsuraev, a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, a participant in the first Chechen war on the part of the separatists. At the trial, the young man explained that he had published the material without malicious intent and that he himself was neither a Chechen nor a Muslim.
On June 18, 2020, the Ust-Ilimsk City Court of the Irkutsk Region fined local resident Andrey Pleshkov 1,000 rubles for posting a certain banned video from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on the VKontakte social network. Details, unfortunately, were not reported.
On June 4, 2020, the Ust-Ilimsk City Court of the Irkutsk Region fined 27-year-old local resident Konstantin Masloboev 2,000 rubles for posting a banned video from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on the VKontakte social network. At the trial, he fully admitted his guilt.
On June 9, 2020, the Sayanogorsk City Court of the Republic of Khakassia fined local resident Eduard Chakilev 1,000 rubles for posting a forbidden video on the VKontakte social network. Details, unfortunately, were not reported.
On June 10, 2020, it became known that in the Gudermes district of the Chechen Republic, a court fined a local resident for publishing a banned audio clip from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on the VKontakte social network. This is one of the recognized extremist songs of a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, a participant in the first Chechen war on the part of the separatists Timur Mutsuraev.
On June 10, 2020, it became known that in the Kursk Region, the Zolotukhinsky District Court fined a local resident I. Zamytsky for 1,500 rubles for publishing some prohibited material on his VKontakte page.
On June 10, 2020, it became known that in the YaNAO a court fined a 42-year-old resident of the Shuryshkarsky district for one thousand rubles for publishing a video included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On June 5, 2020, it became known that in the Volgograd Region, the Kotovsky District Court fined two local residents for a thousand rubles: E. Bolotnikov and E. Onishchenko. Bolotnikov published on his page on VKontakte the audio recordings “GROT - Smoke” (p. 3045 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials) and “Russian Banner - Correct Speech” (p. 3739 FSEM), and Onishchenko - the audio recording “Russian Banner - March of Cruel Youth "(p. 2963 FSEM).
On June 4, 2020, the Birobidzhansky District Court of the Jewish Autonomous Region fined 18-year-old P. 1,000 rubles for posting a photo depicting Nazi paraphernalia and symbols on one of the Internet sites. In court, P. admitted his guilt and stated that he repented. All photos removed.
On June 2, 2020, it became known that in the Komi Republic, the Ukhta City Court fined a local resident for 3,000 rubles for publishing the film “Games of the Gods” on his VKontakte page (paragraph 2338 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
