The Office of the Investigative Committee on Chuvashia opened a criminal case on the preparation of a terrorist attack - investigators found a cache with home -made explosive devices there.
The devices were neutralized, the investigation group with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB is working on the spot.
According to the publication about the city, the cache was found in the area of Novocheboksarsk, the security forces blocked the road leading from the city. The identities of people related to a cache are established.
