The publication checked that the cheapest offer in this house on cyan is 611,451 per m². “Cheaper than 103 million, Rogos could hardly buy an object. Metla was convinced that the apartment was purchased without the use of a mortgage (restrictions, according to data from the USRN, were not imposed), ”the material said.

Rogosa became the main directorate of Vostochny in 2019. At the same time, an apartment was purchased. Prior to this, he worked at the Ministry of Regional Development, led the construction of the APEC summit in Vladivostok, the united directorate of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

The construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur Region has been underway since 2012. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, in 2014-2018 17 thousand different violations were identified (theft of budget funds, delaying the terms of construction, non -payment of salaries, etc.) during its construction, more than 1 thousand people, including officials, were held accountable.

On the facts of violations, the investigation instituted 140 criminal cases, the damage from crimes is estimated at 11 billion rubles, of which 3.5 billion rubles were returned. In total, 50 people were convicted under various articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in 2018, sentences were issued against 27 of them.
