From June 16, Russia will resume the work of open spaces of museums and museum-reserve

From June 16, the work of open spaces of museums and museum-reserve will be resumed. According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, this is stated in the order signed by the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova.

“Access to the territory (to the park zones) of federal institutions, including open-air expositions, should be organized in accordance with the operating regime of organizations and the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological security approved by Rospotrebnadzor,” the press service of the department notes.

It is emphasized that visiting museums is possible subject to sanitary measures that are taken in the regions. According to the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor, excursions will only be for groups of up to five people. A distance of 1.5–2 meters should be observed between the groups and visitors to the museum. All visitors to museums should be in masks.
