
The Center for the Roading Organization (SCD) supported the proposal to divide the flows on the garden ring, where the fatal accident arranged by Mikhail Efremov accident occurred earlier. He noted that the data center receive numerous proposals for the separation of flows that the employees of the center consider reasonable. At the same time, Evsin emphasized that this issue does not fully belong to the field of data center.
“It would be glad if such a decision was made that a lawn with high sides was organized in the middle of the garden, on which trees or shrubs grow. But this issue must be discussed with architects and those who are engaged in plants, because there is a fairly aggressive environment for trees and shrubs ... But in our opinion, it makes sense, in this sense we are not a proposal, but an assessment of the sentences received, ”the agency of the word Evsin reports.

Recall that an accident involving Efremov happened on June 8 in the region of 23:00 Moscow time on Smolenskaya Square in Moscow. The Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV Efremov drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into the LADA car. The Lada driver was hospitalized with injuries and later died. On the night of June 9, Efremov was released on a recognizance not to leave, during the day he was taken for interrogation and detained. It was not possible to interrogate Efremov before that he was drunk, TASS reported with reference to the source. RBC, TASS and Interfax reported that drug traces were found in the actor’s blood. The court sent Mikhail Efremov under house arrest until August 9.
