According to the public procurement website, on June 3, Norilsk Avia JSC concluded 11 contracts with the State Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital for Sanitary Aviation Services for a total of about 5.8 million rubles. All purchases were carried out by the medical facility "from the only supplier."

At the same time, in all 11 published contracts, the signed documents are not available for download, and there are no announcements of these purchases in the hospital profile on the public procurement website. Voting on amendments to the Constitution will take place from June 25 to July 1.
