“Police officers, in the manner prescribed by law, have taken measures to remove this citizen from the territory of the site. No complaints about the actions of the police were received, ”the press service of the department said .

The chairman of the PEC asked the citizen who interfered with the work of the commission at 15:00 on Tuesday. We are talking about plot No. 2191, in house 22 along the Fontanka embankment. David Frenkel worked on the site of accreditation.

“The police officer with number 009175 tried to remove me from the site and, apparently, broke my hand. I can’t move my hand at all. They broke my hand and hit it with a fist, ”Frenkel said.

Frenkel added that with the police there were "some very suspicious observers." According to him, after he was put on the floor, one of them stepped on his leg, and then grabbed his damaged hand.

Later, a journalist was diagnosed with a fracture of the hand. He will need an operation.
