Attack on a homeless man in Bryansk

In Bryansk, a 19-year-old young man attacked a homeless man with a knife.

In the summer of 2020 in Bryansk near one of the houses on Kharkivska Street, a young man stabbed him in the back three times a man he did not know, "who was lying on the sidewalk in an untidy and under the influence of alcohol."

According to the press release departments, "the attacker felt hatred for persons without a specific place of residence, vagrancy, abusing alcoholic beverages and being in a state of alcoholic drunkenness."

The attacker was convicted in March 2021.
