The General Director of Titan-Polymer German Petrushko, in response to a question from a Pskov Gubernia correspondent about why the lawyers of the initiative group were not provided with a draft sanitary protection zone, which should have been submitted at the request of a lawyer and by a court decision, said that all the necessary documents on the sanitary protection zone for the production of BOPET film are presented: the sanitary protection zone is 100 meters, he said. At the same time, Petrushko did not deny the existence of an administrative penalty against his deputy for the fact that the draft was not submitted.
Petrushko considers it inexpedient to discuss the second stage of construction - with the production of polyethylene terephthalate, since now PET production does not appear anywhere in the documents, except for the business plan. The second stage should provide for a separate project, but now this stage of production is provided only in the business plan.
When asked by a PG correspondent whether he could say that PET production would definitely take place or definitely not, Petrushko said: “We will do our best to make this production happen.” When asked by journalists, he added that the plant "does not even think of sending the Pskov region" and the enterprise will continue to work here under any conditions.
It should be noted that today 3.8 billion rubles have been invested in the construction of the plant, of which about 1 billion rubles have been disbursed
