In Kharkov, the Ordzhonikidze District Court arrested Dmitry Mikhailenko until September 18, a terrorist suspected of complicity, who seized the bus in Lutsk. It is reported by Interfax.

Judge Viktor Chernyak provided the opportunity to release Mikhailko on bail in 175 760 hryvnias. The suspect said he intends to pay this amount.

According to investigators, on July 17, Mikhailenko sent the terrorist Maxim Krivosha to Lutsk the parcel “New Mail”. When detained from Krivosh, a RGD-5 manual grenade was seized, the same was found in Mikhailenko during a search.

According to lawyer Andrei Kostyan, there were three ancient collectible coins in the package, not weapons.

Mikhailenko denies that he illegally sold weapons and ammunition and rejects the accusation of complicity, but pleads guilty of illegal storage of weapons. He was detained on the night of July 22. During the search, the suspect found three pistols, six grenades, a Cobalt rifle and many caliber cartridges 7.62, 7.65 and 12/70.

Recall that on the morning of July 21, in the center of Lutsk, a man captured a regular bus with two dozen passengers, he had automatic weapons and explosives with him. The police say that negotiations with him were difficult that he did not put forward specific requirements, but spoke only general phrases about the fight against the system and anarchy.

“There are many people with me, automatic weapons, grenades, two bombs, the third in a crowded place in the city. Everything will explode if there is no next one, ”the terrorist says. He demands that 23 representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and business (Avakov, Poroshenko, Akhmetov, Kolomoisky, Pinchuk, Medvedchuk and others) posted a video message with the text on social networks and on YouTube: "I (name, position) - a terrorist in the law."

In addition, he demanded from the President of Zelensky to publish a video message with the text: "The film" Earthlings "of 2005 watch everyone." Later, Zelensky complied with this requirement.
