The Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tver district of Moscow terminated the administrative case of a repeated violation of the rules of holding shares against the ex-prophet of the Moscow Affairs Samariddin Rajabov due to single pickets near the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This was reported by MBH Media with reference to the statement of the Coordinator of the "Human Rights Cards" Alexei Pryanishnikov.

“They stopped due to the lack of a composition of the offense. Rajabov was detained on May 29, 2020 near the place of pickets in support of Ilya Azar, he did not get into the picket and had no poster with him, ”Pryanishnikov explained.

Earlier it was reported that the Moscow City Court upheld the decision on the arrest of the former defendant in the Moscow Affairs Samariddin Rajabov.

On June 10, the Presnensky court of Moscow arrested Rajabov for 18 days due to the procession after liberation from the police department on June 5. The activist was replaced by a repeated violation of the rules of the promotion. The judge stated that he was among the participants in an inconsistent action on the Zvenigorodskoye Shosse, who shouted “Freedom to Azar” and “Russia will be free”.
