On August 28, 2020, the Volodarsky District Court of Bryansk fined him 10,000 rubles. Alexandra Arshukova for the audio recording with the statement “Kill the devils, save Russia”, left on the typical Bryansk community page for the publication “Gang rape was committed by foreigners in the night park of Bryansk”. Arshukov admitted guilt in committing an administrative offense.

On August 5, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Penza fined local resident S. Diveev 10,000 rubles for posting anti-Semitic comments and images on social media.
On August 24, 2020, the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg fined local resident Alexei Maksimov 10,000 rubles for posting comments against Caucasians and Muslims on the VKontakte social network. In these comments, he insulted them and called for various forms of violence.
On August 12, 2020, it became known that in the Kaluga Region, the Lyudinovsky District Court fined 25-year-old Stanislav Nazarenko for posting a xenophobic video on his VKontakte page.

On August 3, 2020, it became known that the Sovetsky District Court of Samara imposed an administrative penalty in the form of 20 hours of labor work on a 19-year-old local resident who published certain materials on his page on the social network, which, according to the results of the examination, are aimed at inciting hatred.
