The Surgut administration dismantled the Buddhist banner placed at the entrance to the Lawyers organization next to the statue of the goddess Tara.
On August 5, 2020, it became known that the administration Surgut dismantled the banner of Buddhists, placed at the entrance to the organization "Jurists" next to the statue of the goddess Tara. The administration considered this poster an advertisement, meanwhile how representatives of the Buddhist community (particularly Albert Leonov) considered the dismantling “insulting the feelings of believers” (the poster depicted one of the revered in image Buddhism).
