Facebook deleted the post -containing false statements about coronavirus from Donald Trump's account. This was reported by NBC News.
It is noted that we are talking about a video with a fragment of an interview with the US President Fox News, in which he stated that the children were “almost immune to Covid-19”.
“This video contains false statements that a group of persons is insured against Covid-19, which is a violation of our policy regarding malicious disinformation about Covid,” said Facebook chairman Andy Stone.
It is reported that Twitter also deleted this video from Trump's page. The social network also temporarily deprived Trump's election headquarters of the right to post new messages.
Recall that in June, Facebook deleted part of Trump’s political advertisements due to suspicion of using Nazi symbols.
