A 31-year-old prisoner from Zelenograd was found guilty of publicly calling for extremism.
On August 13, 2020, the Zelenogradsky District Court of Moscow found 31-year-old prisoner A. Titov guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activity) and sentenced him to one year in prison.
According to media reports, in 2014-15, Titov posted on his VKontakte page a video titled “Russian rebellion, the end of khachs,” two xenophobic pictures, and images of a swastika and the imperial flag.
To date, Titov is already serving a sentence for causing grievous bodily harm. Taking into account the previous sentence, he will be imprisoned for another 3 years and 8 months.
