A resident of Chita, who was lighting from a candle in the church, became a defendant in a criminal case

In relation to a resident of the Trans -Baikal Territory, who lit a cigarette from a candle on the altar in one of the Orthodox churches of Chita, a criminal case was instituted. This was reported by the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee.

It is noted that the man shot his actions on the video and published it on the social network.

A criminal case against a resident of Chita born in 2002 was instituted under Part 2 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code (public actions expressing a clear disrespect for society and committed in order to insult the feelings of believers) .
