FBK issued an investigation from Tomsk, after which Navalny was poisoned

The Corruption Foundation has published an investigation "Tomsk in captivity at the deputy mafia." This video was shot on the eve of the poisoning of Alexei Navalny.

It is about Tomsk officials, corruption and local elections. In particular, Navalny claims that the city housing and communal complex is closely connected with local deputies from United Russia and the head of the Tomsk Party Branch Vladimir Reznikov, and in fact, the townspeople, paying for housing and communal services, pay them.

“City deputies, with the help of their relatives, wives, friends, acquaintances, captured and formed literally everything that is related to communal services. Electricity, warmth, water, rent - a really perfect system is built, thanks to which several deputies managed to make sure that half a million Tomsk citizens would pay them for everything. Their presence in the City Duma, their status in city committees and commissions is an integral and absolutely necessary part of this large scheme for making money, ”the investigation said.

According to Navalny, to choose other deputies, 31 thousand Tomsk citizens are needed. If so many people from Tomsk are registered in smart voting and vote on September 13 in accordance with his recommendation, then not a single united Russia will remain in the City Duma.

This is the second film from the series about Siberia, shot by the Navalny team in August.

Earlier, the FBK published a film-investigation from Novosibirsk, which refers to elections to the Council of Deputies of Novosibirsk and corruption among local officials.
