In Crimea, the assistant prosecutor was accused of sales amphetamine and fraud

A criminal case for the sale of psychotropic substance and attempted fraud was brought to the assistant prosecutor of the Simferopol district of Crimea. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the representative of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Olga Zveznov.

“Assistant prosecutor of the Simferopol district, wanting to extract illegal benefits from illegal sales of psychotropic substances, sold a large amphetamine to his friend,” said Colornova.

According to the investigation, the assistant prosecutor promised a friend to help mitigating the preventive measure for his mother -in -law and asked for 50 thousand rubles. After receiving the money, it was detained by representatives of the Crimean FSB.

The prosecutor’s assistant was charged with illegal sale of psychotropic substances in large amounts and attempted fraud using his official position with a cause of significant damage to the citizen (part 4 of article 228.1, part 3 of article 30, part 3 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He is detained.
