The court allowed the neo-Nazi Vyacheslav Datsik to be released conventionally

The city court Tosno satisfied the petition of Neo-Nazi Vyacheslav Datsik for parole. This was reported in court.

The decision on UDO has not yet entered into force. Datsik will be released if it is not appealed within ten days,

Datsik is serving time for trying to illegally cross the border with Estonia. On June 8, the Slantsevsky court sentenced Datsik and his acquaintance Dmitry Vechkin by the year of the colony on this case. Border guards detained Datsik and Vechchkin in December 2019. They wanted to move in a boat in Estonia along the Narva River. They were charged with an illegal crossing of the border by preliminary conspiracy.

Datsik, who is involved in battles under the nickname "Red Tarzan", was repeatedly judged. In 2007, the court recognized him insane and prescribed psychiatric treatment in the case of a series of robberies. In the summer of 2010, Datsik was transferred to a psychiatric hospital in the Leningrad region, from where he escaped to Norway. After the extradition of the Red Tarzan, they sentenced five years in prison.
