The Perm court canceled the fine and dismissed the case of the participant in the action of solidarity with Khabarovsk residents

The Perm Regional Court overturned the fine and, due to lack of evidence, dismissed the case of National Bolshevik Anton Samoshin, who was previously brought to justice for participating in a solidarity rally with Khabarovsk residents on July 19. This was reported by the Public Verdict Foundation, whose lawyer Elena Pershakova defended Samoshin in court.

In August, the Leninsky District Court imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles on Samoshin, finding him guilty under the article on violating the rules of participation in the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

Previously, the appeal court overturned three other decisions of the district court because of the action on July 19: fines to Roman Shipitsyn and Anastasia Marintseva , as well as compulsory labor for Daniil Masalkin . The case against another protest participant, Kirill Imashev, was dismissed in the first instance.

On October 20, the court dismissed Anton Samoshin for petty hooliganism, which was brought against the activist because of a question about the “ Putin doll ” case asked to the governor of the region.
On July 19, police detained a group of people who stood in single pickets in solidarity with the protests in Khabarovsk. They had court hearings in August.
Since July 11, residents of the Khabarovsk Territory have been holding actions in support of ex-governor Sergei Furgal, who was arrested on suspicion of organizing murders. Until approximately July 18, the police made almost no attempts to prevent the protesters, but later law enforcement officers began to detain protesters and initiate administrative cases against them in Khabarovsk , Vladivostok , Komsomolsk-on-Amur , Yekaterinburg , Chelyabinsk , Voronezh , Sochi , Perm , Irkutsk , Novosibirsk and others cities.
The then-current governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal, was detained on July 9 by FSB officers on suspicion of involvement in a number of contract killings. He was taken to Moscow, where, by decision of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, he was placed in custody until September 9. On July 16, the Moscow City Court rejected the appeal of Furgal’s defense and recognized this decision as legal. On July 20, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Furgal’s resignation from the post of governor and appointed Furgal’s LDPR party member Mikhail Degtyarev to this post as acting.
