Rosleskhoz is challenging the legality of the master plan in court, according to to whom the Church of the Last Testament was allocated land in the Kuraginsky district Krasnoyarsk region.
On October 27, 2020, it became known that Rosleskhoz filed a lawsuit against Cheremshansky village council of deputies of the Kuraginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the head local village council. The plaintiff demands to declare the master plan 2012 illegal year, in accordance with which the villages were built up, where the members Churches of the last testament.
According to Rosselkhoz, in 2012 the village council expanded the boundaries of villages, having agreed with the Rosselkhoz the plan of only one of them, and the boundaries other settlements expanded without agreement. According to the organizer of the Church the last testament of Andrey Konstantinov, the lawsuit affects more than half plots belonging to believers, including the City of the Sun, where before his arrest he lived the leader of this church is Vissarion (Sergey Torop).

According to Konstantinov, the Ministry of Forestry farms, when registering these plots in 2014, used inaccurate maps.
In the event that Rosleskhoz wins the court, plots, allocated to believers in the 1990s may have to be returned to the forest fund, which will require the demolition of the buildings erected on them.
On December 4, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory postponed meeting on the claim of Rosleskhoz on January 15, 2020.
