In Moscow, the Tver District Court fined the pensioner Alexander Kassikhin, who was accused of violating the rules of a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by the lawyer "OVD-Info" Ekaterina Selezneva.
In a conversation with the MBH Media, Selezneva said that the protocol stated that Kassikhin and other participants in the action laid out the phrase Putin Wro with millet. It is noted that in fact they managed to write only Putin B.
According to the OVD-Info, the initially Kassikhina was not allowed into court, because he was not on the lists. At the same time, the defense witness was not allowed to the court until the judge issued a ruling about his interrogation.
