About 20 regions of Russia reported problems with the presence of medical oxygen. This was reported by TASS with reference to the statement of the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.

“We have information from several regions - there are about 20 of them, and we interviewed as soon as we received the first signal about problems with the presence of a sufficient amount of medical oxygen, all 85 subjects, and we see that there is a certain imbalance in the presence of medical oxygen,” the agency quoted Manturov as saying.

At the same time, the minister did not specify in which regions there is not enough medical oxygen. According to him, the Ministry of Industry and Trade manually fulfills the supply regime with regions and medical institutions.

In addition, it is noted that Russian enterprises that produce oxygen in cylinders are loaded by only 20%.
