In Moscow, preparing shares on November 4 this year were engaged in four competing organizing committee nationalists, but all of them received refusals from the mayor's office to coordinate their processions due to the restrictions imposed on mass events in connection with epidemiological situation. As a result, the actions of the nationalists took place in non-traditional formats.
laying on flowers to the reception of the Federal Penitentiary Service near the Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station
This promotion was held by the organizing committee of the Nationalist Movement (a new organization headed by Vladimir Basmanov, which includes activists of the banned Committee "Nation and freedom” (KNS), several small regional groups, as well as the Association of People’s resistance (ANS), which at the same time continues to work in the public space under its own brand). Recall that the KNS and the ANS were the organizers of the Russian march in Lublin a year ago.
Initially it was announced that their event will be held under the slogan "Russian lives have meaning” and will be devoted to the death of the nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich and the deaths of other ultra-rightists whom nationalists consider victims of torture or "extrajudicial executions". To the number such, in addition to Martsinkevich, were attributed many members of radical neo-Nazi groups, such as Maxim Bazylev (member of the political council of the National Socialist Society); Alexei Korshunov (member of the "Combat Organization of Russian Nationalists" (BORN)); Dmitriy Borovikov (leader of the neo-Nazi group "Combat terrorist organization") and others. All these nationalists died in different years during various circumstances (Bazylev committed suicide in the cell, Korshunov - was blown up by a grenade while jogging, Borovikov was shot while detention), and the organizers of the march insist that their deaths must be re-investigated.
After that, as it became known that the procession would not receive approval, it was announced that The action will take place without him in the format of laying flowers at the reception building of the Federal Penitentiary Service. Participants were encouraged to come in black clothes, bring portraits of the dead nationalists and flowers. The collection was announced on 14:00 in the lobby of the Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station. Interestingly, on the morning of November 4, mobile phones sent SMS and voice messages with an invitation join the action.
On October 20, trying to avoid mass detentions, representatives of the organizing committee filed an appeal addressed to the mayor of Moscow with a demand to prevent mass arrests 4 November, which was signed by Vladimir Basmanov, Georgy Shishkov (Movement nationalists), Nikita Zaitsev (ANC), as well as Dmitry Demushkin and a member of the Moscow Political Council of the Party of People's Freedom (PARNAS) Alexei Rudakov. Appeal not helped, and on November 2, Zaitsev received a warning from the prosecutor's office about the inadmissibility of holding an uncoordinated event.
As a result, two at noon, participants of the action began to gather to the Tsvetnoy Bulvar and Trubnaya metro stations, some with flowers, imperial scarves and imperial badges. One person had a bag with Kolovrat. Of the well-known activists, Nikita Zaitsev was present, activists of the Movement of Nationalists Georgy Shishkov and Anastasia Mednikova. By According to the calculations of the observers of the SOVA center, by the beginning of the rally, there had gathered in the metro about 50 people.
Police almost immediately began to demand from the participants to disperse and began to carry out detentions right at the subway exit. According to OVD-Info, at least 32 person, including Nikita Zaitsev. The detentions were tough, the audience clasped hands, but they were still sent to paddy wagons under the traditional chants of other participants “Shame!”. Those who did not end up in paddy wagons (about 15 people), moved towards the building of the Federal Penitentiary Service, where, according to OVD-Info, two more people were detained: Georgy Shishkov and Mikhail Fedulov. None of activists did not manage to lay flowers at the building of the Federal Penitentiary Service. Later that day, several activists laid flowers at the portraits of Maxim Martsinkevich, as well as Sergei Mokhnatkin and Irina Slavina, at the Alexander Blok monument.
Already after the completion of the action to call on the Nationalist Movement, part of the activists went to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tverskoy district, where some of the detainees were taken. Two ANC members and one passer-by were later detained there. Another girl was detained at the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow on Petrovka. On the evening of November 4, OVD-Info reported that more than 60 people were detained in connection with the action in Moscow.
November 5, 2020 Tverskoy District Court of Moscow under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an action that interfered with infrastructure) arrested Nikita Zaitsev in 15 days. On the same day, according to Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding public events) for 20 days, another participant in the action, Valery Bondarenko, was arrested. On November 6, 2020, it became known that under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, two more participants in the action were fined 10 thousand rubles.
On November 24, 2020, it became known that the Tverskoy District Court under Part 5 of Art. On 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, another participant in the action, Sergei Korkhov, was fined 20,000 rubles.
The action "Russian March is not prohibited"
Another the organizing committee, which for several years in a row competed with the ANS and the CNS for holding the Russian March in Lyublino, this time consisted of representatives of the Third Alternative (TA) / Right Bloc (PB) Vladimir Burmistrov, Dmitry Golikov and Konstantin Filin, as well as the Ivan Beletsky Institute for National Policy (represented in Moscow by Dmitry Mikhailov) and the Russian Human Rights League Vladimir Istarkhov. The corresponding application was filed on October 19, it stated that the number of participants in the action could reach five thousand people. At the end of October, the approval was denied, and Ivan Beletsky announced that their organizing committee would try to hold in Moscow, "including route of the march to Lyublino”, unauthorized protests under the slogan "The Russian March cannot be banned!" However, it was not possible to collect these shares either, since a split occurred between the members of the organizing committee a few days earlier: Golikov and Burmistrov announced a break in cooperation with Ivan Beletsky. Moreover, 3 November, both of them received warnings from the prosecutor's office about the inadmissibility of uncoordinated events and declared that the "Third Alternative" and the "Right Bloc" did nothing do not intend to carry out.
As a result 4 November, a lot of police officers arrived in Lublino by 12 o’clock, and all several nationalists. Dmitry Mikhailov was detained along with a journalist "Gradus-TV", the rest of the potential participants of the action wandered around in confusion around the metro and dispersed, and some of them went to Tsvetnoy Boulevard. On November 6, 2020, it became known that the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the demands of police officers) fined Mikhailov one thousand rubles.
"March of the Cross" Kolomna
The action was carried out by the third organizing committee, which included representatives of the Permanent Conference national-patriotic forces of Russia (PDS NPSR) and groups that joined them. Year ago, the same organizing committee was the organizer of the "alternative" Russian march, which took place near the Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station.
This year, the PDS NPSR initially stated that the march would be dedicated to the memory of Maxim Martsinkevich, who is called here the "Russian Warrior, who was martyred death from the ruling regime", and the main slogans will be "Russian March against "medical" terror", "March in memory of Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak)”, “For spiritual and physical health nation."
At the end of October the organization received a refusal from the Moscow mayor's office to coordinate the procession, and then it was a decision was made to change the format, and instead of the Russian March, arrange a “Godfather march ”(i.e. Russian march under the guise of a religious procession). Participants were urged to gather at 14:00 in the Kolomenskoye park near the church Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. The place was chosen, as reported, not by chance. By According to the organizers, they were attracted not only by the Church of the Kazan Icon of God Mothers (November 4, we recall, is not only the "Day of National Unity", but also the Day Kazan Icon of the Mother of God), but also the fact that in the summer it was 490 years since birthday of Ivan the Terrible, who was born in Kolomenskoye. Declared subject also changed: Martsinkevich was not mentioned, and the main topic of the event was a protest against the restrictions associated with the coronavirus: against chipization, vaccination, mask regimen, schoolchildren studying remotely and etc.
Eventually to at the appointed time, about 250 people gathered in Kolomenskoye with icons and crosses, without symbols of organizations. From public figures, the leader of the PDS NPSR was seen there Vladimir Filin, head of the "Call of the People" movement Sergey Zaitsev, members of the PDS NPSR Kirill Myamlin and Elena Rokhlina. In addition to Orthodox activists, the march was also attended by supporters of movement "For New Socialism" by Nikolai Platoshkin and "Movement of Citizens of the USSR" by Tatyana Khabarova. The leaders spoke little, but willingly gave out interviews, said, in addition to the above, about the dangers of 5G networks and that Christians should hate the evil of the world and fight it.
Several cops at the very beginning of the "cross march" they warned about its illegality, but did not attempted to arrest. As a result, the march went around the church Ascension of the Lord, then the participants crossed the ravine, approached the Church of the Beheading John the Baptist, held a small rally there, walked around the Dyakovo garden and through ravine went to the pond. There, a prayer was read for help to political prisoners who are fighting against “adversaries, satanists” who have seized Russia. This ended the march.
