In Tula, a case has been opened for posting extremist materials on a social network.

On November 26, 2020, in Tula, on the 7th Polyusny passage in Myasnovo, SOBR officers of the Rosgvardia department for the Tula region detained Nikita T., a resident of Shchekino, suspected of posting extremist materials on a social network.

According to the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tula Region, in February 2020, a 19-year-old student of the Tula Technological College posted extremist materials on social networks. The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tula Region initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

A year ago, he was already brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity) and was fined 10 thousand rubles.
