The Office of the Investigative Committee for the Kaliningrad Region refused to institute criminal proceedings against the police who broke the shoulder of a disabled woman. Galina Nekrasova received a turning point during the detention on the #feeding pigeon on August 8. This was reported by North. Nekrasova herself.
“The other day I received a decision from the investigator of the Investigative Committee of the Central District and found out that it was refused to initiate a criminal case against police officers. But I was ready to go to court. After all, then there was harm to health and left without help. Now, after a fracture, I have no severe pain, pills no longer help, I can’t put on a healing corset. I can’t do the operation, doctors will not take it,” the doctors would not take Nekrasov.
Kaliningrada appealed to the UK with a complaint about the use of violence by unidentified police officers who illegally delivered her to the police department. Violence, according to her, was also applied to her husband.
As stated in the decision to refuse to initiate the case (the editorial office is at the disposal), the UK did not find confirmation of what was described in the complaint. It says that Nekrasova committed an administrative offense, and according to the law, police officers can apply physical force, “including non -illegal struggle techniques” if non -illegal methods do not work regarding violators. Refined police officers said that there was no intentional violence for spouses.
