Hospice "House with a Lighthouse" was fined 200 thousand rubles in the case of violation of the rules of the turnover of narcotic drugs

The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow fined the Children's House with a Lighthouse for 200 thousand rubles due to errors made in maintaining a journal of accounting and the use of drug drugs. It is reported by the New Gazeta.

The decision was made by Judge Ekaterina Slyuzova.

During the court hearing, it turned out that Iraid Volkov wrote a complaint about the hospice, which stated that the co-founder of the Hospice Lida Moniava “was carrying Kolya <her ward-The Insider> in a cafe, tattoos, rallies, walks, gave it to a comprehensive school, was not afraid of the fact that she had patrons.” The complaint also states that drugs for Kolya are allegedly issued at the expense of other children.

Moniava herself connects the complaint with her claims to the level of accessibility of the environment to the needs of children with disabilities.

Recall, on November 28, an unscheduled audit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held in the children's hospice. The co-founder of the “House with the Lighthouse” Lida Moniava said that the audit was carried out after the complaint, which said that the hospice was prescribing too many drugs to a 12-year-old boy Kolya, who was under her care.

However, later it became known that the hospice was accused of non -compliance with the rules for the turnover of narcotic drugs. According to the chief physician of Hospice Grigory Klimov, during the audit, the police did not find violations when using drugs, but drew up a protocol due to untimely filling out the record of the drugs.
