We did not think that Kudryavtsev would tell so many things. I called not only him, but also other members of this group of killers. Some in their own name, some not. When I said that I was Navalny, the conversations lasted 15 seconds. Someone recognized me by my voice, I won’t say who exactly. I am sure that if I called everyone with this ridiculous story about Patrushev's assistant, not only Kudryavtsev would speak.
The FSB apparently knew everything. The very first person I called with the words “This is Navalny. Why did you want to kill me?" had to report to the authorities. The FSB knew that Kudryavtsev had blurted everything out to me, but she didn’t tell Putin (to hide her failure) — otherwise he wouldn’t have said that I was being watched. We deliberately did not publish the conversation with Kudryavtsev right away, because we were waiting for Putin to lie something that would be convenient for him to answer. And his answer was a gift to us.
After we posted a conversation with Kudryavtsev, the FSB announced a fake, but did not specify what exactly a fake was. There was no call? Kudryavtsev is not real? Then show the real one. It was not a statement to us, it was a statement to Putin, because Putin was whipped by those blue shorts.
