On January 27, 2021, the Promyshlenny District Court of Orenburg fined A. 1,000 rubles for publishing in the public domain on his page on the social network VKontakte a video with flags depicting the flags of Nazi Germany. A. fully admitted his guilt, repented of his deed. The court took into account remorse for what he had done, young age. The subject of the administrative offense (phone) was not confiscated.
On January 22, 2021, the Luninsky District Court of the Penza Region fined a local resident M. 1,000 rubles for publishing a Nazi swastika in the public domain on the Odnoklassniki social network. M posted a group photo of a man with a swastika tattoo. In court, M. fully admitted his guilt in committing an offense. In sentencing, the court took into account the circumstances mitigating administrative responsibility, which include admission of guilt, remorse for the deed, young age, marital status, the presence of a dependent minor child.
On January 26, 2021, the Kukmorsky District Court of Tatarstan fined Burkhanova, a resident of the district, 15,000 rubles for publishing a video on the social network, which, "according to the conclusions of experts set out in the expert study report of the FBU Sredne-Volzhsky RCSE of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, contains linguistic and psychological signs of justifying violent, destructive actions against groups identified on the basis of their relationship to religion (non-Muslims, Muslims who do not observe the canons of Islam), signs of a threat to commit actions aimed at the physical destruction of law enforcement officers, etc., ". The court took into account "the confession of guilt, advanced age and financial situation of Burkhanova.
On January 25, 2021, it became known that in the Voronezh Region, the Ertilsky District Court fined a local resident for two thousand rubles for January 13, 2021, who published an image of the banned ISIS flag on his VKontakte page.
On January 26, 2021, it became known that in the Moscow Region, the Istra City Court fined a 26-year-old resident of the Voskhod urban district for posting photos and videos with Nazi symbols on his VKontakte page.
On January 25, 2021, the prosecutor's office of the Kirovsky district of Saratov fined a local resident for posting on the VKontakte social network an image " used in the symbols of the state, military and political institutions of Nazi Germany in 1933-1945 ."
On January 20, 2021, it became known that in Kalmykia, a court fined a local resident who, on his VKontakte page under the pseudonym Sanan Ulanov, published a photo with people dressed “in military uniform with a chevron of the Russian Liberation Army.” Above this photo was located "the official image of the flag of the Russian Federation." Unfortunately, we do not know what kind of material we are talking about, therefore we cannot assess the legality of the persecution of a resident of Kalmykia.
On January 19, 2021, Evgeniy Kutseba was punished for posting an image of a swastika on the VKontakte social network. The Kemerovo District Court of the Kemerovo Region fined him 2,000 rubles.
On January 12, 2021, the Kemerovo District Court fined Aleksey Yutkin, a prisoner in FKU IK-22 of the GUFSIN of the Kemerovo Region, for showing a tattoo depicting a Nazi swastika on his arm, 1,000 rubles.
On January 13, 2021, the Center "E" of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kemerovo Region announced that a 16-year-old teenager was punished for distributing Nazi symbols on social networks. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender, however, since the teenager had not yet reached the age of 18, the protocol was transferred to the commission for minors and the protection of their rights of the administration of the Zavodskoy district of the city of Kemerovo. The commission imposed a punishment on the minor in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 1,000 rubles. In addition, it will be put on a preventive account.
At the beginning of 2021, in the Vologda Oblast, a court fined a prisoner in the colony in Gryazovets for showing other convicts tattoos (hands, fingers, shoulder) with Nazi symbols.
