По полицейской рации у суда на улице передали указание задерживать группы от 5 человек.
Представитель ФСИН на суде говорит, что у них нет никаких документов о том, что Навальный был на лечении в клинике. «Между тем Навальный свободно перемещался по Германии, но на связь не выходил. Таким образом место нахождения с 24 сентября уголовно-исполнительной инспекции не известно». Поэтому он и был объявлен в розыск, объясняет инспектор.
Инспектор говорит, что Навальный должен был 2 раза в месяц - в первый и третий понедельник каждого месяца - приходить в исполнительную инспекцию и отмечаться.
