The Congo was arrested by Alexander Zingman, who is called the "key figure in the relations of Belarus and Zimbabwe"

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Alexander Zingman was arrested, a businessman and an alleged weapon merchant, whom the media is associated with Alexander Lukashenko. This was reported by the African media Daily Maverick .

According to the publication, Zingman was arrested in Lubumbashi after meeting with former President Joseph Kabala. Earlier, the media reported the connection of Zingman with weapons in Zambia and Zimbabwe, but he himself denied this information.

Zingman has dual citizenship of the United States and Belarus.

Asnoted by the Harstya 97 publication, Zingman was photographed many times with Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnngagva. The Zimbabvian direction in Belarus is supervised by Sergey Sheiman, a friend of Zingman.
